Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms cover your use of testedtools.dev ("the site"). The site is run by Raj Devsi trading as TestedTools, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, UK (hello@testedtools.dev). By using the site you accept these terms. Purchases are covered by separate terms: the Stack Kit Terms of Sale and the Sponsor & Fast-Track Terms.

1. What the site is

TestedTools publishes information, test results and scores about third-party AI tools. Scores reflect our own testing using our published methodology on the date shown. They are our opinion based on that testing, not a guarantee. Tools, prices and features change often. Always check with the vendor before you buy.

2. How we make money

We earn from labelled sponsorship, paid Fast-Track testing (which buys speed, not a score), digital products and, where marked "Ad · affiliate link", commissions. See our Disclosure. Sponsors and affiliate partners never see, edit or approve reviews before they're published.

3. Corrections and right of reply

If you're a vendor and think something about your tool is wrong, email hello@testedtools.dev with evidence. We'll look at factual corrections within 5 working days and, where justified, update the page and its "last checked" date. Corrections are free. We don't change scores in exchange for payment.

4. Using our content

The site's text, scores, data and design belong to Raj Devsi. You may quote short extracts and link to pages with attribution ("Source: TestedTools"). Our /data/tools.json, llms.txt and llms-full.txt files are published for reuse with attribution ("Source: TestedTools", with a link). Don't scrape the site in a way that harms its performance. Tool names and logos belong to their owners. We use names only to identify the tools. That doesn't mean the owners endorse us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use our forms to send spam.

6. Links to other sites

We link to vendors and other sites we don't control and aren't responsible for. Some of those links are affiliate links (always marked).

7. Our liability

The site is free and provided "as is". We take reasonable care, but we don't promise it's always available or error-free. We aren't liable for losses from relying on vendor information or from decisions you make about third-party tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer you can also bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
