Sponsor & Fast-Track Review Terms

These terms apply when a business ("you") buys a TestedTools sponsor slot or a Fast-Track Review from Raj Devsi trading as TestedTools, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, UK ("we"). By paying through our Stripe checkout you confirm that you're buying for business purposes and accept these terms.
1. Products and prices

Prices are in GBP. We'll provide a receipt or invoice on request.
2. Editorial independence (this matters most)
2.1 Payment never buys a score, a rank, a positive review or an exemption from testing. Every tool is tested with the same tasks and scoring rubric in our methodology. 2.2 Sponsored placements are always labelled "Sponsored" and kept separate from ranked lists. 2.3 Fast-Track buys speed only. The review and score page will carry a visible label: "Fast-Tracked: the vendor paid £49 to be tested sooner. Same methodology as every tool." The review may be negative. 2.4 You won't see, edit or approve the review before it's published. You may send factual corrections afterwards (see the Website Terms). We decide on any change. 2.5 No refund or free re-test because of the score or the content of the review. 2.6 Sponsorship and Fast-Track are independent: buying one doesn't affect the other or any review.
3. Your content (sponsor slots)
3.1 You provide the tool name, one line of copy, a link and, where relevant, a logo, within 3 working days of booking. The slot starts on the date we confirm by email. 3.2 You confirm your content is accurate, lawful, complies with the CAP Code, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your name, logo and copy for the slot and in our records of past sponsors. 3.3 We may refuse or remove content that's misleading, unlawful or off-topic, or that promotes gambling, adult content or crypto investments. If we refuse before the slot starts, we refund in full. 3.4 We don't guarantee any number of impressions, clicks or sign-ups.
4. Fast-Track specifics
4.1 You give us working access (a free trial, credits or a test account) that's enough to run the methodology tasks. The 7-day clock starts when we have it. 4.2 If we miss the 7 days for reasons within our control, you can choose a full refund (the review still goes ahead when ready) or wait. 4.3 If we can't test your tool at all (for example, no access is provided within 14 days), we refund in full.
5. Monthly subscriptions
Sidebar and category slots renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time by emailing hello@testedtools.dev; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We don't refund part-months, except where we fail to provide the slot.
6. Cancellation by you before the start
Newsletter issue: cancel at least 7 days before the issue date for a full refund. After that, we can move it to another issue once.
7. Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited.
8. General
We may update these terms for future bookings. The terms in force when you paid apply to that booking. Governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
