Vibe Coder Stack Kit: Terms of Sale

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version: Kit v1

1. Who you're buying from

Raj Devsi trading as TestedTools, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. Email: hello@testedtools.dev.

2. What you get

A digital download (one ZIP file) containing:

  • Stack guide (PDF and Markdown)
  • "What it actually costs" sheet (CSV), prices checked October 2026
  • 5 prompt packs (text/Markdown)
  • 3 working starter repos: minimal Node.js projects (waitlist + Stripe link, AI agent with tools and memory, n8n automation dashboard), each with a README, an example settings file and tests. They are starting points, not finished or production-ready applications
  • Launch checklist

Compatibility: opens on any computer with a ZIP tool, a PDF reader and a spreadsheet app. Tool prices and features in the Kit were correct when checked and will change over time. The Kit is guidance, not professional advice.

3. Price and payment

£15.00, one-off. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. No subscription.

4. How the contract is made and delivered

When you complete payment, Stripe confirms the order and you're taken immediately to the download. Bookmark the download page: reopening it gives you a fresh download link, and each download link works for 24 hours. Keep the file once downloaded. If you lose access, email hello@testedtools.dev with your Stripe receipt or order details and we'll send it again.

5. Your right to cancel and how you lose it

Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. We ask you to do that at checkout with a checkbox. If you don't want to give up the right, don't tick the box: email us instead and we'll send the Kit after 14 days. If, for any reason, we start supplying without that consent, you keep the right to cancel within 14 days and won't have to pay.

6. If something is wrong (your legal rights)

The Kit must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't (for example the file is corrupted or materially different from the description), email hello@testedtools.dev. We'll repair or replace it, and if that's not possible or doesn't fix the problem, give you a refund (full or partial). These rights come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and nothing in these terms reduces them. Goodwill: if you're unhappy for any other reason, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you.

7. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Kit for your own projects, including commercial projects you build. You may not resell, share or publish the Kit files themselves. The prompt packs and starter repo code may be adapted freely inside your own work.

8. Affiliate links inside the Kit

Some tool links in the Kit may be affiliate links. They're marked "Ad" and we earn a commission if you buy through them. Recommendations follow our test methodology.

9. Complaints

Email hello@testedtools.dev with "Kit complaint". We'll reply within 5 working days. If we can't resolve it, you can contact Citizens Advice consumer service (0808 223 1133).

10. Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses, since the Kit is sold for personal use. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer. If faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content because we failed to use reasonable care, we'll repair it or pay compensation.

11. Law

English law. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or where you live in the UK.
